The successor to the Vivo V15 Pro is coming to India today. It is the Vivo V17 Pro. The Vivo V17 Pro is going to be big on cameras. The smartphone, the company has officially revealed, will come with six cameras in total. Four cameras will sit on the back panel while the two other cameras will sit on the dual pop-up mechanism on the front top of the screen. The Vivo V17 Pro is the first smartphone in the world to come with dual pop-up camera setup. Until now we have seen several phones with a single pop-up system.

The Vivo V17 Pro India launch event will kick off at 12 noon on the company’s official website, YouTube channel, social media platforms and The Vivo V17 Pro will be available for buying in both offline and online stores. After the Vivo V17 Pro launches in India buyers will be able to purchase the smartphone from vivo e-store, Flipkart and offline stores across the country. Most Vivo V series phones are priced around Rs 30,000 price bracket and we at India Today Tech expect the V17 Pro to be no exception. We expect the Vivo V17 Pro price in India to be under Rs 30,000. The Vivo V17 Pro will launch in India in two colours – light blue and dark blue/black.

Ahead of the launch almost the full specs of the Vivo V17 Pro have been revealed by leaks and rumours. Leaks suggest that the Vivo V17 Pro include a 48MP primary image sensor, the secondary camera will use 8MP image sensor, third will be a 2MP sensor while the fourth one will be a 2MP image sensor. This is for the rear camera setup. On the front, the Vivo phone is expected to include a 32MP primary sensor and 2MP secondary sensor. Similar to its predecessor the V17 Pro will include an in-display fingerprint sensor, the company has confirmed.

In terms of specs, the V17 Pro is expected to come with a 6.59-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display. The phone is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor that also runs the predecessor device Vivo V15 Pro. The V17 Pro is expected to come paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Vivo V17 Pro will come with a big 4100mAh battery with fast charging support.

Reports suggest that the Vivo V17 Pro will go on sale for the first time in India on October 28.
