Last year was an exceptionally productive period for blogging. Inspired by the idea of building consistent habits, I published 39 articles over a span of 42 weeks, covering topics ranging from employer branding and marketing strategy to advertising and content creation. For someone who had never considered themselves a prolific writer, it felt like a major achievement.
This year, however, the pace slowed considerably. Instead of maintaining that momentum, I managed to publish only 15 blog posts. While the drop in output was disappointing, it served as a valuable reminder of the importance of consistency and planning. The good news is that the rest of the team stepped up in a big way.
Our talented content specialist, Amber Vlietstra, along with our outstanding intern, Samantha Sewick, contributed a number of insightful articles that resonated strongly with readers throughout the year.
To celebrate the content that made the biggest impact, here’s a countdown of the most-read blog posts of 2023 based on page views.
